SOFT LACROSSE - The Perfect Introduction to Lacrosse

New to lacrosse? Our Soft Lacrosse Program is the ideal starting point for young players who want to learn the game in a fun, safe and professionally coached enviroment.


This 10-week program is designed for beginners and developing players, with one weekday practice and one weekend game day each week. Players will learn the fundamentals of lacrosse through age-appropriate instruction, fun activities, skill development and live game play.


Lead by experienced lacrosse coaches, the program gives players  the chance to build confidence,  make new friends, stay active and develop a love for one of the fastest-growing sport in the country.


Families will also benefit from training and playing at two of the areas's best sports facilities.

  • Grades 1-4: practice at 5:00-6:00 PM, games at 1:00-2:00 PM
  • Grades 5-6: practice at 6:00-7:00 PM, games at 2:00-3:15 PM
  • Grades 7-8: practice at 7:00-8:00 PM, games at 3:15-4:30 PM

Southwest:

  • Grades 1-4: practice at 5:00-6:00 PM, games at 12:00-1:00 PM
  • Grades 5-6: practice at 6:00-7:00 PM, games at 1:00-2:15 PM
  • Grades 7-8: practice at 7:00-8:00 PM, games at 2:15-3:30 PM
